MEBO治疗糖尿病合并烫伤慢性溃疡的体会

Experience of MEBO in treating 43 cases of the residual chronic ulcer postburn of diabetic.

目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗糖尿病合并烫伤残留慢性溃疡的效果。方法:对43例55处糖尿病合并烫伤残留慢性溃疡患者的创面应用MEBO包扎治疗,每日换药1次。结果:除1例病员死于其他疾病外,其余病员创面痊愈。结论:MEBO对糖尿病合并烫伤慢性溃疡有较好的治疗效果。

Objective： To assess the etiScacy of MEBO in treating residual chronic ulcers postburn in diabetic. Method： Applied MEBO to treat 55 residual chronic ulcers postbum of 43 diabetic with wounds bandaged and dressing changed every day. Result： All wounds of the cases healed except one case died because of other disease. Conclusion： MEBO had excellent effect in treating residual chronic ulcers postbum of diabetic.
