湿润烧伤膏治疗精神病病人皮肤创面的疗效观察

The efficacy of MEBO in treating wounds of mental patients.

目的:寻找精神病病人皮肤各种创面的最佳治疗方法。方法:回顾分析我科2年来对76例各种皮肤创面全程应用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)的治疗效果,根据创面情况采用湿润暴露疗法或湿润包扎疗法。结果:76例均配合治疗,创面全部愈合,愈合时间最短6d,最长53d,无瘢痕形成或增生轻微,功能良好。结论:湿润烧伤膏治疗精神病病人皮肤创面疗效明显,操作简便,实用。

Objective： To find a best method to treat wounds of mental patients. Method： A retrospective assessment of 76 cases of skin wounds treated with MEBO collected from author＇ s department in the past 2 years was made. MEBO was applied either in exposed or in bandaged way, depending on the wounds conditions. Result： All wounds of 76 cases healed under the cooperation of all patients for the treatment. The shortest wounds healing time was 6 days and the longest 53 days. There was little scar formation except with a few soft hyperplasia and the function appeared well. Conclusion： MEBO is efficacious in treating skin wounds of mental patients. It is easy and simple to apply.
