摘要
回顾性分析了１９３例白血病及与其表现相似的２３例传染性单核细胞增多症的超声波表现，表明超声波能够发现血液病特别是白血病以及传染性单核细胞增多症所致的内脏器官弥漫或局限性损害，检出腹部及浅表部位淋巴结肿大、腹水和心包积液等，从而全面了解患者情况，观察病情进展和治疗效果，对临床诊治提供参考依据。
The sonographies of 193 cases of leukemia and 23 cases of infections mononucleosis were reviewed retrospectively, in order to prove the ability of sonography in finding the diffuse and local lesions in leukemia and infections mononucleosis, the enlargement of lymph nodes in the abdomen and the superficial parts of the body, ascites and the fluid in pericardium, and so on, by which the overall conditions of the patients could be understood very well, that would be helpful for observing the process of the disease and the effect of the treatment.
