CT与MRI在腰椎间盘突出检查中的诊断价值及对比

COMPARISON OF CT AND MRI IN PROTRUSION OF LUMBAR DISC

报道经手术证实的２８例腰椎间盘突出患者的ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ所见，观察到腰椎间盘膨隆和间盘疝的ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ表现及其所引起的硬膜囊和神经根受压，移位，变形，钙化，真空征等伴随异常。通过对ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ诊断结果分析对比，重点讨论了二者在腰椎间盘突出检查中的诊断价值及各自的限度。

CT and MRI of 28 cases with protrusion of lumbar disk in surgical. Findings of bulging and herniation by CT and MRI as well pressed, shift, deformed, calcification, vacuum of dural sac and nerve root. The advantages and limitations of CT and MRI in protrusion lumbar disc were discussed.
