摘要
在对流氓软件详细分析的基础上,认为商业利益的驱动、立法的缺乏、行政监管的缺乏、行业自律和行业规则的缺乏等是流氓软件大肆横行的主要原因。而加快立法进程、加大监管力度和诉讼时慎重选择法律依据和证据是有效治理流氓软件泛滥、净化网络环境的根本之路。
The reasons for rascal software overspreading are that commerce drives, laws lack, trade self, disciplines, rules of trade lack, base on detailed analysis of rascal software. The ultimate ways is to accelerate to set up laws, supervise, litigate with right laws and right evidences to solve the rascal software overspreading and clear network environment.
