摘要
建设法治国家,良好的法律意识是不可缺少的组成部分。目前,我国各阶层民众的法律意识各不相同,根本原因是法律意识的淡薄。要建立法治国家,必须在全体公众心中树立法律至上的理念,增强公众的权利意识,加强对党政机关领导干部的法治教育,端正司法人员的法律观念。

At present, our country various social strata populace＇ s law realizes various, the basic reason is the legal consciousness light. If we found government by law country, we must set up the legal supreme idea in all public＇ s heart, enhance public＇ s legal consciousness, and strengthen the institution of the party and the leader by law education, straight judicial personnel＇ s legal idea.
