摘要
随着工业的发展,液位控制在各种过程控制中的应用越来越广泛,为保证生产过程的安全,效益等对液位控制的精确要求,传统PID控制和模糊控制在液位控制中都有应用。根据不同情况下对液位控制的要求,选择最适合的控制方法,本文以双容水箱的液位控制模型为研究对象,将传统的PID控制和模糊控制进行比较,观察到传统PID控制措施简便,但超调量大,趋于稳定状态所需时间长;模糊控制超调量小,趋于稳定状态所需时间短,但设置模糊控制规则所需时间长,模糊控制鲁棒性强。
Along with the industrial development nowadays, the liquid level control is becoming more and more useful in industry. It includes linear control and no - linear control . This paper discusses a typical 2 - Container Water Tank system of which the water level is controlled based on fuzzy control and PID control. And a simulation about the dynamic action of the System is madeo The result proves that the fuzzy method can perfectly realize the controlling object. The fuzzy control method hold high control accuracy, good kineticism and robustness except computational effort, while the conditional PID control has less robustness, slow responses, large overshot, and so on.
