糖尿病患者不伴白蛋白尿的肾功能减退
摘要
近10年的研究发现部分糖尿病肾病不按一般发展规律发展，其肾小球滤过率下降之前不出现白蛋白尿。虽然对这种糖尿病患者不伴白蛋白尿的肾小球滤过率下降的原因、病理基础及预后还不明了，但提示发现早期糖尿病肾病不能单纯依赖筛查白蛋白尿，必须结合肾小球滤过率的检测。
