The methods of how Daqing Oilfields Company make QC group run effectively are explained from 6 respects based on the production practice. It is hold that the premise of Qc group operating effectively is the participation of all staffs while the basis is the quality cultivation; the guarantee is process management while the key is the exploration of innovation; the approach is the reward mechanism while the value reflection is the result recommendation and transformation.
