油气长输管线是采油厂生产管理的重要环节,由于管线腐蚀及偷盗破坏等,致使原油经常性大量泄漏,给企业带来了巨大的经济损失。为了最大限度地降低管线穿孔所造成的一系列严重后果,研制应用了长输管线漏失监测技术。该技术能够及时判断管道防腐层破落及原油泄漏点,实现管线实时在线监测。

Oil and gas long-distance transmission pipelines are the important part of production management in oil production plants, Pipeline corruption and stealing damage often result in the leakage of a large quantity of crude oil, bringing about tremendous economic loss to enterprises. In order to reduce series of serious consequences caused by pipeline perforation to the minimum, the moni- toring technology of long-distance transmission pipeline leakage has been developed and applied. This technology can locate where the pipeline anti-corruption layer is broken and where the crude oil is leaking in time, thus realizing the online monitoring over the pipeline in the real time.
