摘要
水轮机增容常用的两种方法是更换新转轮和转轮叶片修形。本文采用贴体坐标下的有限体积法和k-ε模型,对水轮机转轮内部的三维粘性流动进行数值模拟,科学合理地确定转轮叶片的切割量,实现水轮机增容。并将该方法应用于丰满发电厂7号水轮机,收到了较好的效果,为老水轮机增容改造探索出一条新路。
The two common ways to increase the output power of water turbine are replacement of a runner and modification of runner blades. This paper employed finite volume in the body-fitted coordination method and k- ε model to simulate the 3-D flow in the runner. The cut-off amount of trailing edges of the runner blades were determined reasonably, therefore the output power was increased. Better effect was achieved when it was used to the unit 7 of Fengman hydropower plant. It proved a new and effective way for old unit to increase its output.
