枸杞多糖提取方法及两种不同产地枸杞中多糖含量的比较研究 被引量:19

摘要 采用传统提取方法和超声提取法提取来自两种不同产地的枸杞(即宁夏枸杞和新疆精河枸杞)中的有效成分枸杞多糖,对其得率和含量进行分析比较。结果表明,以传统法提取宁夏枸杞多糖得率为7.87%,新疆精河枸杞的多糖得率为9.41%;而以超声提取法提取宁夏枸杞多糖得率为8.61%,精河枸杞的多糖得率为13.77%。证明超声提取法提取枸杞多糖具有快速、高效、节能、不破坏提取物性状等特点,与传统提取法相比能够提高药材有效成分的利用率。同时还表明,采用同种提取方法提取出的新疆精河枸杞的多糖得率高于宁夏枸杞。 The Lycium barbarum polysaccharides(LBP) were extracted by the traditional extraction method and method of ultrasonic extraction and the contents and yield of the polysaccharides extracted with those two kinds of methods were analyzed. The result showed that, the yield of LBP from Ningxia lyceum extracted with traditional method was 7.87 %, and 9.41% from Jinghe, Xinjiang Lyceum ; but the yield of LBP from Ningxia Lyceum extracted with ultrasonic method was 8.61% and 13.77% from Jinghe Lyceum. The results also showed that extraction efficiency of ultrasonic extraction was higher than that of traditional extraction. The utilization ratio of active constituent of medicinal materials can be increased in comparison with the traditional method. Also the yield of Lycium polysaccharide from Jinghe extracted with the same method was higher than that of Ningxia Lycium.
