Analyzing the Transformation from Green Movement to Party of the Occident

欧洲绿党是绿色运动发展的产物。而绿色运动作为一种新兴的群众运动,它是如何实现向政党组织的转变的。文章将从西欧传统政党面临的困境、既存政党在核问题上的迟缓回应、西欧各国选举制度的作用、欧洲一体化进程及首次欧洲议会选举几个方面进行分析。

Green party is the production of green movement. As a new mass movement how did it realize the transformation from green movement to party. This paper will analyze the question in four aspects, such as the predicament of traditional party, the function of electoral system in the occident, the torpid response of traditional party on nuclear energy and nuke; the process of European integration and the first election of European Parliament.
