人脑胶质瘤环氧化酶-2的表达及与细胞增殖的关系

Expression of cyclooxygenase 2 and its relationships to cell proliferation in human glioma

目的检测人脑胶质瘤环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)、增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)表达,COX-2与肿瘤恶性程度、细胞增殖活性的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测胶质瘤组织中COX-2与PCNA的表达情况。结果68例胶质瘤COX-2的表达阳性率为61.8%,COX-2的表达强度和病理分级呈正相关(χ2=14.24,P<0.01).COX-2与PCNA蛋白表达呈正相关性。结论COX-2蛋白在胶质瘤过度表达与病理分级及细胞增殖有关。

Objective To determine the expression of cyclooxynenase-2（COX-2） in human glioma and study the relationships of COX-2 expression level with the malignant degree and cell proliferative activity of the tumors.Methods The expressions of COX-2 and PCNA in the glioma were studied with S-P immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive expression of COX-2 in human gliomas of 68 cases was 61.8%,which was related to the histological grade of tumor.The expression of COX-2was positively correlated with PCNA.Conclusion The overexpression of COX-2 may play a crucial role in its pathologic grade and cell proliferation in human glioma.
