摘要
菌丝球是发酵过程中自然形成的一种微生物颗粒,为探讨其作为污水处理中微生物载体的可行性,以菌丝球Y3为生物质载体,采用菌丝球先培养后吸附的接菌方式对好氧反硝化菌B7和酵母菌进行了固定化研究.结果显示,B7和酵母菌在Y3上固定牢固、生长状态良好.进一步的脱氮试验表明,固定化B7的菌丝球脱氮率高达83%,没有因为固定而影响其脱氮功能,是一种功能优良的纯生物质载体.
Mycelial pellet is a kind of microorganism grain formed naturally in industry ferment. In order to discuss the possibility that it can be used as bio-matter carrier in wastewater treatment, the immobilized study (mycelial pellet Y3 as carrier) was carried out, on aerobic denitrifying bacteria B7 and microzyme by adopting the inoculation methods of culture and adsorption. The results showed that B7 and microzyme have good fastness and fine state. Further experiment indicated that denitrogen rate of mycelial pellet fixed B7 reached by 83% and fixation did not affect denitrogen function of BT. Mycelial pellet is a kind of pure bio-matter carrier with good function.
