摘要 在分析大庆油田套管钻井技术中非顶驱条件下的管串连接方式、套管抗扭和连接性能、钻头单井成井率、油层套管完钻后管内测井等难点的基础上,设计了φ177.8 mm油层套管钻井、固井及测井工艺,同时研制、配套了φ177.8 mm油层套管钻井专用的工具,包括方套转换接头、高抗扭热应力补偿器、防掉水泥式浮箍、高抗扭套管、φ244.5 mm钢制PDC钻头等,并详细介绍了其结构、工作原理及技术特性。在葡浅3-更1井和葡浅3-73井φ177.8 mm油层套管钻井的成功试验表明,大庆油田油层套管钻井技术能满足现场施工要求,而且与常规钻井技术相比,减少了井下事故,缩短了钻井周期,提高了机械钻速。 Based on the analysis of challenges in casing drilling without rotary table drive, including string connection, casing torsional strength and connection performance, success ratio of drilling a well by one single bit, well logging inside casing after drilling out the production casing,φ177.8 mm casing drilling, cementing and well logging techniques were designed. And the associated drilling tools for φ177.8 mm casing drilling were developed, including crossover joints, anti-torsional thermal stress compensator, cement float collar, anti-torsional casing,φ244.5 mm PDC bit, etc. The structure, working principles and technique characteristics were illustrated in detail. Their successful applications of the φ177.8 mm production casing drilling on wells of Puqian3-Geng-1 and Puqian-373 indicate that the described tools have already met the requirements of field operations. Comparing with conventional casing drilling technology, the downhole accidents are decreased, the drilling time is decreased, and the drilling speed is increased.
