摘要
松科1井是一口科学探井,为准确获取地层层面和裂缝产状等要素,进行松辽盆地地层、沉积和石油地质等方面的综合研究,该井应用了定向取心技术。针对科学探井对岩心质量要求高及该井裸眼井段长、取心进尺长、地层岩性变化频繁、取心施工难度较大等问题,采取加长刻刀座轴向长度,增加岩心爪与刻刀座表面光滑度,优选取心钻头,调整钻井液性能和选择配伍性好的钻头与刻刀座、合理的钻进参数等措施,保证了定向取心收获率,取心累计进尺103.66 m,收获率99.85%,为科学研究提供了可靠的岩心资料。
Well Songke-1 is a scientific exploration well. For the purpose of obtaining formation plane and fracture attitude accurately to comprehensively study the formation, deposition and petroleum geology of Songliao Basin, Directional coring was applied in Well Songke-1. Due to high-quality requirements of sci- entific exploration well, long open-hole, long coring footage, and frequently changing lithology, the length of inner tube shoe (knife) was increased, the surface slippy degree between core catcher and inner tube shoe (knife) was enhanced, core bits were optimized, drilling fluid and well-marched bit and inner tube shoe were adjusted, and proper drilling parameters were used. All these guarantee the high percentage of coring recovery. The total coring footage is 103.66 m with recovery as high as 99.85%, which provide reliable cores for scientific research.
