在强调公共风险分析的同时引入脆弱性分析,并且提出风险信息共享机制和沟通机制,探索出一套完整的危险化学品物流公共风险管理体系的研究方法。
Whlle stressing public risk analysis, the paper introduces vulnerability analysis and puts forward risk infornlation sharing mechanism and communication mechanism in order to explore a set of research methods of dangerous chemicals logistics public risk management system.
