摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法测定了鲎血中的微量元素含量。结果显示,鲎血含有丰富的Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn、Ni等多种矿物元素。其中Ca和Cu元素含量较高,分别为(23.13±0.75)mg.L-1和(176.50±2.26)mg.L-1,Fe和Ni元素含量相对较低,分别为(0.71±0.08)mg.L-1和(0.56±0.04)mg.L-1。
The content of trace elements in Tachypleus tridentatus blood was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results show that there are affluent trace oelements such as copper, ferri, calcium, magnesium, manganese and nickel etcetera in Tachypleus tridentatus blood. Among them, the level of calcium and copper are higher, they are (23.13± 0. 75 ) mg · L^-1 and ( 176. 5 ± 2.26) mg ·L^-1, the level of ferri and nickel are lower, they are (0. 71 ±0. 08) mg · L^-1 and (0. 56± 0.04) mg.L^-1.
