脾虚证患者某些消化道功能和细胞免疫功能指标的观察

The Observation of Immune Index of the Patients with Deficiency of the Spleen

检测104例脾虚证患者之血清胃泌素、尿D－木糖排泄率及血T淋巴细胞亚群，与30例健康人对照、结果患者上述指标的检测值均低于正常（P＜0．01，＜0．05），提示脾虚证患者的消化道功能和细胞免疫功能处于低下或紊乱状态。观察结果为探讨脾虚证的本质和客观化指标的选择累积了资料。

The level of the serum gastrin, urinary D-xylose excretory rate, T-lymphocytesubpopulation were detected in 104 patients with deficiency of the spleen (DOS), and in 30 normalpeople (as control group) The results indicated that the all index of the DOS were lower thanthose of the normal control group (P＜0. 01 or 0. 05). It suggested that the immune function ofthe patients with DOS was of low and disorder statue. So, the detection of immune function canregard as the objective index for researching the essence of DOS.
