摘要
借助于现代生物学比较成熟完善的概念和体系,在已有关于企业能力进化研究的基础上,从理念和惯例两个层面构建了企业能力的基因作用机理模型:企业基因的理念层面通过作用于企业文化而决定了企业的个体差异;企业基因的惯例层面则通过作用于企业的决策机制、组织结构、经营方向和激励机制等四个要素而决定了企业的不同表象。在此基础上,从遗传、变异和市场选择三个环节对企业成长中基因的进化机制进行了分析,并对这一理论在实践中的运用进行论述,以期从一种全新的角度来探讨企业成长过程。
Based on the latest biological theory, the gene concept is introduced in the firm's capability and a gene-like mechanism is built on the basis of Darwinism at two levels: ideal and custom. At the ideal level a firm's genes determine the individual difference from others under its cultural action, while at the custom level a firm's genes determine its own representation under the actions of its decision-making mechanism, organization, opcralional orienlation and incentive mechanism. Then, the evolutional mechanism of genes during the growth of the firm is analyzed in view of genetics, mutation and market selection. Elaborates how to apply the theory as above to practice with the intention of exploring the growth of firms in a new perspective.
