摘要
以一种新的原料废分子筛催化剂通过酸溶、聚合等过程制备聚合硫酸铝,找出了最佳制备工艺条件,并对其性能进行了絮凝实验考察。结果表明,原料配比、反应温度、反应时间对分子筛中A l2O3的浸出率的影响较大,熟化时间、温度对产品性能影响较大,盐基度对絮凝性能有较大影响。
A new material - waste molecular sieve was used to prepare the polymeric aluminum sulfate. The optimum preparing factors were determined and the effect of the flocculants was studied. The result of the experiment showed that the proportion of material and the temperature of reaction and the time of the reaction influence the lixiviation rate of Al2O3 in waste molecular sieve. Activation time and temperature have much influence of the product capability. The basicity have much influence of the floeculant.
