摘要 该断丝检测系统由MSC430F167最小系统、旋转编码器、感应线圈与模拟信号放大电路、240*128点阵液晶显示器、3*6键盘阵列、RS232串行接口电路、USB接口等构成.能检测和显示以0.3-3.0 m/s的速度运行的在役钢丝绳的断丝位置和根数及其运行速度,存储器可存储长度达10 km以上钢丝绳的采样数据.实验结果表明,断丝位置的检测重复率达90%以上. This paper designs and applies a detective system for detecting broken steel wire ropes. It is composed of an MSC430F167 minimum system, a rotary encoder, an inductive coil and amplifier, a 240× 128 lattice liquid-crystal display, a 3 × 6 keyboard array, an RS232 serial interface circuit, and USB interfaces. It detects and displays the position and number of broken steel wire in service at the operating speed of 0.3-3 m/s, and then, its memory can store the sampling data of a 10 km-long wire rope. Experimental results show that the detected repetition rate of broken positions can reach 90% or more.
