空气动力研究竞争力的国际比较

DEA method on aero-dynamic competition capability research

为了能更清楚地认识到我国空气动力研究的国际竞争力,本文采用问卷调查的形式收集了原始数据,并用聚类法对指标进行筛选合并,得到了具有代表性的19个评价指标。最后采用数据包络分析法(DEA)对我国、美国、俄罗斯和欧洲的空气动力研究竞争力进行对比分析,通过对比分析找出美国、俄罗斯和欧洲在空气动力研究竞争力方面的优势,特别是资源整合方面的差距,为促进我国空气动力研究的发展提供相关经验和教训。

In order to recognize the competition capability of Chinese aero - dynamics research, the author accumulate origin data by questionnaire, using cluster method to process those indexes, got 19 representive evaluation index. Adopting DEA method to do competition capability comparing analysis, the author found out the advantages of USA, Russia and EU,special in the resource integration aspect,got some experiences and unsuccessed lessons benefit of development of Chinese aero - dynamic research.
