摘要
用常规方法很难实现弹簧等非刚性零件变形的动画制作。介绍了两端并紧磨平弹簧的造型方法,用扫描曲面的边线为扫描路径建立弹簧模型,该弹簧的高度取决于作为生成曲面路径草图中直线的长度。利用草图的关联设计来改变决定弹簧高度的直线的长度,实现了弹簧的动画制作。用这种方法完成了弹簧封闭型凸轮机构中动画制作。
The animation making of non - rigidity parts such as spring is difficulty with traditional method. The method of modeling compression spring is introduced, the sweep path of the spring model uses the edge of sweep curved face, and the height of the spring is determined by the length of the line which is the path of the curved face model. The spring animation is made through to change the length of the line using drawing associated design. The animation of assembly of the closing type cam mechanism of spring is made with this method.
