超薄、耐高温的真空绝热片研制

摘要 研制了一种超薄真空绝热片,它以均匀布置的直径为几毫米的陶瓷球等为支撑物,外表面采用薄金属板焊接封口。对它进行的有限元分析表明,若小球间距30mm,厚度为0.4mm的薄板变形不超过0.03mm。这种超薄真空绝热片可以用在相变蓄热器上,也可以用于军工产品的红外隐身。 An ultra - thin compact vacuum insulation panel is comprised of two hard metal wall sheets closely spaced apart from each other and welded around the edges to enclose a vacuum chamber. Glass or ceramic spacers hold the wall sheets apart from. Finite element analysis of the vacuum insulation panel indicates that its deforming and stress capacity is in the limitation. It can be used to cover phase changed heat accumulator, it will be applied in infrared stealth of weapons too.
