摘要
针对企业联盟的发展和制造企业产能过剩的现状,在北京模具行业网络化制造服务平台共享数据基础上,研究开发相应的产能预警分析系统,用于监测市场状况以便及时调整生产计划,通过数据分析对市场情况进行预测并指导制定下一步生产计划。
Based on the development of the enterprise alliance and the actuality of production overcapacity, a production capacity early-warnlng and analysis system is developed according to the data from the networked manufacturing service platform of Beijing die ＆ mould industry. The system is used for monitoring the market status so as to adjust the production plan timely. As a result, the market conditions can be forecast and the production plan for the next step worked out on the basis of data analysis.
