解酒护肝饮对酒精性肝病大鼠肝功能损伤的保护作用

Protective Effect of "Jiejiu Hugan Decoction" on Hepatic Function of Rats with Alcoholic Liver Disease

目的:观察解酒护肝饮对酒精性肝病大鼠肝脏指数及肝功能的影响,为临床酒精性肝病的预防提供实验依据。方法:将大鼠随机分为6组,正常组、模型组、解酒护肝饮低剂量组、解酒护肝饮高剂量组、葛花解酲汤组和益肝灵组。采用白酒灌胃造模,造模与给药同时进行。6周后测定肝脏指数及血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平。结果:模型组肝脏指数较正常组明显降低,血清AST、ALT明显升高;解酒护肝饮低剂量组、解酒护肝饮高剂量组、葛花解酲汤组和益肝灵组的肝脏指数均较模型组明显提高,血清AST、ALT明显降低;各预防治疗组之间的比较提示,以高剂量解酒护肝饮作用最为显著。结论:解酒护肝饮能有效预防大鼠酒精性肝病。

Objective：To observe the effect of ＂Jiejiu Hugan Decoction＂（JHD） on serum AST, ALT and liver mass index in rats with alcoholic liver disease （ALD）. Methods：Fifty-four SD rats were randomly divided into six groups： normal group, model group, low dose of JHD group, high dose of JHD group, ＂Gehua Jiecheng＂ group and Yiganling group. Rat model was established by administration with white wine for six weeks. Liver mass index and serum AST, ALT were detected. Results：Compared with normal rats, the levels of serum AST, ALT were increased and liver mass index was decreased in model rats; while the levels of serum AST, ALT were higher and liver mass index was lower in model rats than in rats in the four treatment groups. Among these four treatment groups, the effect in high dose of JHD group was most significant. Conclusion：＂Jiejiu Hugan Decoction＂ can effectively prevent ALD in rat.
