介绍邵长荣运用化痰利湿、活血补肾法,自拟三桑汤治疗痰湿血瘀肾虚、虚实寒热错杂之慢性阻塞性肺病的经验。

This paper introduces professor Shao Changrong＇s experience in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. He argues that the common pathogenesis of COPD is kidney-asthenia with the stagnation of phlegm and dampness, and ＂Sansang Decoction＂ is used to dissipate phlegm and eliminate dampness, and to activate blood flow and invigorate kidneys.
