健脾补肾解毒方为主治疗病毒性肝炎相关性再生障碍性贫血35例

Clinical Observation of "Jianpi Bushen Jiedu Decoction" in Treating 35 Cases of Viral Hepatitis-Associated Aplastic Anemia

目的观察健脾补肾解毒方结合西医常规治疗病毒性肝炎相关性再生障碍性贫血(HAAA)的临床疗效。方法35例患者在西医常规治疗的基础上,采用健脾补肾解毒方结合辨证论治,疗程6个月。观察临床疗效、治疗前后肝功能变化、血象变化及T细胞亚群变化情况。结果基本治愈3例,缓解10例,明显进步14例,无效8例,总有效率为77.14%,治愈缓解率为37.14%;治疗后GPT明显下降,外周血三系不同程度上升,CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比例显著上升(P<0.05,P<0.001),CD8+下降,与治疗前有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论健脾补肾解毒方为主结合西医常规治疗HAAA具有较好疗效,能有效改善患者的肝功能,提升外周血象,调节细胞免疫。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ＂Jianpi Buzhen Jiedu Decoction＂ in the treatment of hepatitis-associated aplastic anemia （HAAA）. Methods Thirty-five cases were mainly treated with this Decoction;the clinical efficacy, liver function, peripheral blood and immunity signs were observed before and after treatment. Results Three cases got reeovery;lO cases relief, 14 cases marked improvement and 8 cases failure. The total effective rate was 77.14%; the peripheral blood and immunity signs were improved（P〈0.05, P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.001）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of this Decoction in the treatment of HAAA was good, and it can improve liver function, increase the peripheral blood and modulate immune function.
