This article discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of infantile anorexia of food-dampness retention, and introduced professor Wang Xiafang＇s clinical experience in the treatment of it by external application of ＂Dong＇s Kaiwei Powder＂ on Shenque （CV 8） and Mingmen （GV 4） and pricking Sifeng（EX-UE 10）.
