摘要
在广西肝癌高发区扶绥县采集197份不同类型的饮用水 ,测定其中的Zn、Mn、As、Cu、Mo和Se等6种微量元素 ,结果显示 :1.不同饮水类型 :塘水中Mn、As、Se元素的含量显著高于井水和河水 ;Mo元素明显低于井水和河水 ;井水中Zn元素明显高于塘水和河水。2.不同肝癌发病率的地区 :肝癌高发区饮用水中Cu元素含量显著高于中、低发区 ;而Mo、Mn元素则显著低于中、低发区 ;Zn元素明显高于中发区 ;Se元素则明显低于低发区。提示广西扶绥县肝癌发病率可能与饮用水中的某些微量元素的含量有一定的关系。
water samples were collected from difference water resources in Fushui county - a high liver cancer incidence area. The levels of Zn、Mn、Cu、As、 Mo and Se were determined. The results indicated that the contents of Mn、As、Se in pond water were higher than river water and well water. But the level of Mo was lower than river and well water. The level of Zn in well water was higher significantly than pond and well water. In high liver cancer incidence area the contents of Cu is higher significantly than the middle , low incidence area. And the level of Mo is contrary. The content of Zn is higher than middle incidence area. The content of Se is lower than low incidence area. The data show that the liver cancer incidence ratio in Fushui may be relate to some trace elements surplus or deficient.
