摘要
目的探讨血清高同型半胱氨酸与心血管疾病的关联。方法50例心血管病患者和44例健康体检者的对照的血清,采用循环酶法测定血清中(HCY)的含量。结果心血管病患者的HCY均值为18.365μmol/L,标准差是4.012,健康对照者的均值为9.373μmol/L,标准差为4.012,两组的HCY有显著差异。结论心血管病患者的HCY明显升高,说明HCY是心血管病的一个独立因子。
Objective to explore the relativty of Homocystlnc and Cardiovascular. Methods fifty serum samples from Cavdiovascular Disease patients and 44 serum samples from Healthy examination people. Results the Homocystlne result of Cardiovascular Disease patients is 18. 365 μmol/L SD = 4.012 and the comparison group result is 9. 373 μmol/L SD = 4. 012. There is a notable dif- ference between them. Conclusion The Homoeysteine increases distinctly on Cardiovascular diseases patients, HCY is a key factor of danger.
