摘要
以安徽某地石煤矿为原料,采用全湿法流程提取其中的钒,研究了硫酸直接浸出过程中浸出时间、矿石粒度、温度以及酸度对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明钒的浸出率随温度和酸度的升高而升高;当矿石粒度小于0.154 mm时,钒浸出率随矿石粒度变小而变小。钒的最高浸出率可达81%。
Vanadium is extracted out of stone coal from a mine in An Hui by hydrometallurgy. Study is made on the effect of leach time,ore particle size,temperature and acidity on the vanadium leaching rate. The resuits showed that vanadium leaching rate increased with the increase of temperature and acidity; and decreased with the particle size〈0. 154mm. The maximum V leaching rate can reach 81%.
