摘要
国际合作理论更多地强调权力、收益和国家身份等因素,现实的国际合作中,国家权力表现为话语霸权,国家收益也依赖于话语交流,而建构主义所强调的共享观念也同样需要有话语交流的基础。基于对话语因素在国际合作中之作用的分析可见,潜藏在国际合作背后的话语矛盾是导致国际合作难以持久的内在原因。因此,只有"归还"话语权,建立平等对话、平等协商的话语伦理,才是构建国际合作的正确途径。
In international cooperation practical international cooperation cases, the theories, more emphasis is laid on power, benefits, and nation status. In nation power is expressed through discourse hegemony, while benefits are also depended on discourse communication; meanwhile, discourse is also considered the basis of international cooperation. Based on the analysis of the functions of discourses in international communication, it is stated in this article that the hidden discourse antinomy behind cooperation is the inner reason why international cooperation does not hold for a long time; therefore, only when the discourse rights are ＂returned＂ to establish dialogue and negotiatory equality can a proper method be found to construct harmonious world.
