Theory of Civil Society is an important part of Hegel＇s philosophy of politics. Hegel criticized his contemporary social thinkers＇s opinions on civil society, who regarded that civil society was the same as political state in the political viewpoint. Hegel initiated a new understanding of civil society, which will play an important role in Chinese Civil Society＇s constructing, such as mediating between family and state, regulating the codes of ethics and reinforcing and multiplying alreaby-existing social security to overcome inequality and promote harmonious social construction, and so on.
