采用改良McBride与Greer手术治疗严重足母外翻

Serious Hallux Valgus with the Modified McBride Operation and the Greer Operation

目的探讨采用改良McBride与Greer手术（第1跖骨截骨术）治疗严重[足母]外翻的临床效果。方法采用改良McBride与Greer手术治疗严重[足母]外翻19例（32足）。术后根据[足母]外翻矫正情况进行评价。结果随访19例，时间为1.5个月-6年，所有患者术后外形明显改善，复发1足。结论采用改良McBride与Greer手术治疗严重[足母]外翻是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

Objective To conclude the clinical efficacy of the Modified McBride operation and the Greer operation （Osteotomy of the first metatansal） for serious hallux valgus. Methods 19 cases （32 feet） were repaired with the modified Mcbride operation and the Greer operation. Results 19 cases（32 feet） were followed up for an average period of 5.6 months （1. 5- 72 months）, all cases had remarkable improvement in appearance except 1 foot relapsed. Couclusion The modified Mcbride operation and the Greer operation is a kind of safe procedure and effective method of treating serious hallux valgus.
