摘要
结合高等院校教学实际讨论高校图书馆网络化条件下图书馆服务管理的人本化命题。提出的应对策略包括实现管理理念的更新、满足读者的资源挖掘需求、服务功能人本化和实施对学生学习的全程关爱等等,极富于高校图书馆服务管理的实践开拓和理论创新意义。
In combination with the practical education in the higher schools, this paper discusses the humanistic management of library service under the condition of library network. The coping strategies promoted inelude renewing the management ideas, meeting readers' requirements of obtuining resources, carrying out human- istic service and showing solicitude for students in, the course of studying and so on. It plays a very important role in the improvemert of library service management, in both practice and theory.
