摘要
目的介绍急性主动脉夹层内科药物治疗的经验。方法对明确诊断为急性主动脉夹层的9例患者基本情况、治疗过程作一分析。结果9例患者5例临床治愈,2例外院手术治疗,2例死亡(2/9,22%)。结论严格控制血压在目标范围是急性主动脉夹层治疗的关键。
Objective To introduce the treatment experience of aoric dissection with cardiac medicine. Methods Analysis of the basic conditions and treatment course of 9 cases with aoric dissection was made. Results 5 cases were cured clinically （5/9,55.6%）, 2 cases were operated in another hospital, and 2 cases died（2/9,22%） o Conclusion Strict control of blood pressure into the objective state was the key to the treatment of acute aoric dissection.
