粘胶长丝毛丝检测装置的研究

摘要 在对几种用于细丝状物检测方法做了深入研究基础上,设计了一种能在粘胶长丝的络丝工艺过程中实时检测毛丝的装置。该装置能直接对毛丝进行检测,用光线照射粘胶长丝上的毛丝,将毛丝在光电传感器的敏感面上成一个放大的影像,使光电管的受光量减弱,由此可以检测出毛丝信号,通过电路处理后实现对毛丝的计数。该粘胶长丝毛丝检测装置测量可靠,成本低。 By researching several methods used for filament detection,a kind of device is designed to detect broken- filament timely in the process of winding viscose filament. The device is used for detecting broken-filament. By illu- minating broken-filament on viscose filament,broken-filament will become an enlargement image on the sensitive surface of the photo-electricity sensor. The image will cause luminous flux of photoelectric cell to weaken,by monitoring the signal,the device can detect and count broken-filament. The accuracy of the viscose filament measurement sys- tem is reliable and the cost of the device is very low.
