置入FBG传感器的CFRP加固RC梁在线监测技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,复合材料加固混凝土结构的健康监测已引起国际工程界的广泛关注.使用埋入式布拉格光栅(FBG)传感器可以实现对复合材料加固混凝土结构应变使用状态的远程实时监测.作者首先讨论了FBG传感器埋入碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)层间的界面传递特性,通过实验验证了固化于CFRP中的FBG传感器的应变传感特性.FBG传感器被埋入到用来加固钢筋混凝土(RC)梁的CFRP层间和梁内部受拉钢筋上,通过监测FBG光栅传感器波长的变化就会得到测点的应变值.实验结果表明,FBG传感器测量值与相同位置布设的传统电阻应变片测量值具有很好的一致性,同时测量值与有限元模拟值也十分一致. Recently,the health monitoring of fiber reinforced polymers (FRP)-strengthened concrete structures has been pay more attention by the international civil field. Using of embedded optical fiber sensors for strain monitoring enables to reveal the status of the composite-strengthened structures in real-time remotely. In this paper, the writers discuss the interface-transferring properties and sensing properties of fiber Bragg grating cured in carbon fiber reinforced polymers( CFRP)firsfly. FBG sensors axe embedded into the CFRP laminates and adhered onto the tensile reinforced steel bars of concrete beams. All strains measured from the sensors are compared with that values from conventional surface mounted strain gauges, the results show that the internal strains measured from the embedded sensors agree well with the surface mounted strain gauges, the measured strains agree well with the FE simulated results.
