原发性胆囊癌

Primary carcinoma of the gallbladder

文章报道８０例胆囊癌。Ｂ超和ＣＴ诊断符合率分别是７４０％和５４５％，手术前误诊率为１２５％，获治愈性切除者占３２５％。病理证实胆囊癌并肝床侵犯和肝转移者占５３８％，并肝外胆管和肝门侵犯者占５３８％。按Ｎｅｖｉｎ′ｓ分期Ⅴ期占７７５％。文章讨论了胆囊癌误诊原因，早期诊断措施及治疗选择。

This paper reports 80 patients with primary carcinoma of the gallbladder. (PCG). The correct diagnotic rates of the B type ultrasonography and CT were 74.0% and 54.5% respectively. The misdiagnostic rate before operation was 12.5%. The curative operation performed on 26 patients (32.5%). The pathological examination data showed that gallbladder bed involved and /or liver metastasis were found in 43 patients (53.8%),bile duct involved was found in 43 patients (53.8%). In this series,patients with Nevin′s stage VPCG was found in 62 patients (77.5%). The causes of misdiagnosis,the measures of early diagnosis and the treatment of choice are discussed in this paper.
