甲基丙烯酸甲酯与芳醚砜双马来酰亚胺二元共聚物的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 合成了芳醚砜双马来酰亚胺(SEM),并通过本体聚合得到甲基丙烯酸甲酯与芳醚砜双马来酰亚胺(SEM)的二元共聚物;利用红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)对共聚物的SEM结构进行了表征;测试了共聚物的热学和力学性能。结果表明,共聚物的热性能得到不同程度地提高,而对力学性能的影响不大。当SEM用量为MMA质量的0.30%(质量分数)时,产物表现出了良好的综合性能。 Bis [4-(4-maleimidophenoxy) phenyl] sulfone (SEM) was synthesized, SEM and methyl methacrylate (MMA) binary copolymers were prepared by means of bulk copolymerization. The chemical structure of SED and SEM were confimaed by means of FT-IR and IH NMR spectra. The themaal and mechanical properties of the copolymers were examinated by means of DSC, TGA, tensile and impact tests. The results showed the thermal properties of the copolynaers were improved, while the mechanical properties of the copolymers changed little. The overall properties of the copolymers were the best when the content of SEM was 0.3 % of that of MMA (by mass fraction) .
