摘要
研究了不同剂量γ-射线辐照对PP、EPDM及EPDM/PP共混物的动态流变的影响。结果表明,随辐照剂量的增加,PP降解断链,呈现出"类液态"黏弹响应,而EPDM逐渐交联,呈现出"类固态"黏弹响应;对于共混体系,Palierne模型可以预测辐照前的动态实验结果,对辐照后的预测在低ω区域偏离测试值较大,这在于辐照后共混物分散相由可形变"液滴"向"刚性"粒子的转变。
The Influence of different dose of γ-ray radiation on the dynamic rheological behavior of PP, EPDM and their blends was studied. The results showed PP showed liquid-like viscoelastic response while EPDM solid-like viscoelastic response gradually with the increase of the radiation dose. For EPDM/PP blend, Palieme model could be applied to predict the dynamic modulus before the radiation, but failed to describe the dynamic modulus of the blend after the radiation. The reason was that the state of dispersed phase changed from deformed droplets to hard particles after the radiation.
