双螺杆反应挤出制备马来酸酐接枝聚乳酸材料的研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用双螺杆挤出机制备马来酸酐接枝聚乳酸(MPLA)材料。研究了反应挤出工艺并测试了接枝产物的性能。结果表明:随着引发剂用量的增加或双螺杆转速的提高,产物黏度和熔体质量流动速率的变化总趋势是先降低后增高,而温度对挤出接枝反应的影响不明显;通过双螺杆挤出制备出的MPLA具有良好的亲水性和界面相容性。 Maleic anhydride grafted poly (lactic acid) (MPLA.) was prepared by twin-screw reactive extruder, the processing technology of extrusion was studied, and the property of the prepared product was tested. The results showed with increase of the concentration of initiator and the rise of the rotating rate of the screws, the main trend of the intrinsic viscosity and the melt flow rate were declining first and then increasing, while temperature had little influence on the process. The MPLA prepared by twin-screw reactive extruder had good hydrophilicity and interfaeial compatibility.
