摘要
介绍了以Ce^(4+)引发竹原纤维与丙烯酸甲酯(MA)发生接枝共聚的研究,研究中用ATR、XRD表征不同接枝率纤维的微观结构,并测试纤维的力学性能。分析讨论了纤维接枝后结晶度的变化情况,及结晶度与力学性能的关系,结果表明接枝MA后纤维的结晶度、晶粒度、断裂强度和初始模量均有下降。
Graft copolymerizations of methyl acrylate (MA) onto bamboo fiber using Ce^4+ as initiator were researched. The structure of grafted products was represented by means of ATR, X-ray diffraction and the physical properties were tested. The change of the crystalline and the relationship between crystalline and physical properties of the fiber were analyzed. Results show that, crystalline, crystaUite size, breaking strength and initial modulus of the fiber are all decreased after graft eopolymerizations of MA.
