分析了细纱工序毛羽主要成因,着重分析了专件对毛羽的影响,介绍了对集合器、气圈环、导纱钩、钢领、钢丝圈、胶辊、胶圈和锭子等部件采取的技术措施,通过采取措施减少了毛羽产生。

AbIn this paper are analyzed the main forming causes of yarn hairiness in spinning processes with the focus on the influences of the special spinning elements on the yarn hairincss. Techuical measures related to the collectors, balloon ring, yarn guides, tings, travelers, rubber-covered rolls and spindles in the minimization of yarn hairiness are also introduced.
