摘要
目的:针对严重不良反应问题,探讨中药注射剂的发展道路应该如何走。方法:参考有关文献并结合实际加以分析概括,提出科学的数量分析方法、生物检定统计法及黄金区域方法。结果和结论:用数量分析方法使中药注射剂的研究纳入科学的轨道;用生物检定统计法来鉴定目前难以掌握理化性质的药物的效价、有效率及毒副作用;用黄金区域方法改善使用中药注射剂剂量不准的问题。上述3方法综合应用可取得一定成效。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the future of Traditional Chinese medicine injection in view of the serious adverse drug reactions （ADR） induced by the traditional Chinese medicine injections （TCMI）. METHODS： The future of TCMI was analyzed based on pertinent literature and the reality. And scientiflc-quantltative analytical method, bioassay-statistical method and golden area distinction were put forward. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The traditional Chinese medicine for injection can be led to a scientific track by using quantity analytical method; for those drugs with unclear physico-chemical properties, whose potency, effective power, toxic and adverse reactions can be identified by using bioassay-statistlcal method; and the inaccuracy in dosage of TCMI can be improved through golden area distinction. Satisfactory outcome can be achieved if the above 3 methods were applied concomitantly.
