Identification of Traditional Chinese Medicines by UV Fluorometric Method

目的:建立部分中药材的快速、简便的检验方法。方法:采用紫外荧光法对200余种中药材进行了分类鉴别。结果:紫外荧光法对部分中药材的鉴别有一定的实用性,尤其对真、伪品的区分更具独特作用。结论:该方法简便、快速,结果较稳定,但也存在一定局限性。

OBJECTIVE： To establish a rapid, simple and economical method for the identification of some of the Chinese herbal medicines. METHDOS： A total of 200 Chinese medicines were identified in different class by UV fluorometric method. RESULTS： It is practical to identify Chinese medicines with UV fluorometric method, and this method has a distinctive value in the discrimination between genuine and counterfeit Chinese medicines. CONCLUSION： This method is simple, rapid and stable in results; however, it has its limitations.
