摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定结石通茶中绿原酸含量的方法方法:色谱柱为Luna-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(20:80),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为326nm,柱温为25℃。结果:绿原酸进样量在0.1154~0.6924μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为97.47%,RSD=1.73%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制和评价。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in Jieshitong tea. METHODS: The determination was performed on Luna-C18(250mm x 4.6mm, 5μm) with column temperature set at 25℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid solution(20 : 80) at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was set at 326nm. RESULTS: The linear range of Chlorogenic acid was 0.115 4-0.692 4ug (r = 0.999 9), with average recovery at 97.47%, RSD= 1.73% (n = 6) .CONCLUSION: The method was proved to be simple, accurate, reproducible and specific, and it can be used for the quality control and evaluation of Jieshitong tea.
